- Race registration is 6:30-7:00am (no bibs will be given out after this time)
- Course opens for inspection at 7:30am
- Head Coach's Meeting at 7:15am
- Course Closes 8:15am
- Forerunners 8:25am
- Race begins 8:30am
- Second Run will begin approximately 1 hour after first run concludes
- Awards will be approximately 30 min after conclusion of race
