- No walk-ins, must be registered ahead of time, no exceptions
- Race registration is 6:30-7:00am (no bibs will be given out after this time)
- Course opens for inspection at 7:30am
- Head Coach Meeting at 7:30am
- Course Closes 8:15am
- Forerunners 8:25am
- Race begins 8:30am
- Second Run will begin approximately 1 hour after first run concludes
- Note there will be a U 16/18/21 SL PM race which will begin approximately 30 min after the end of this race
