- No walk-ins, must be registered ahead of time, no exceptions
- Race registration is 6:30-7:00am (no bibs will be given out after this time)
- Course opens for inspection at 7:45am
- Head Coach Meeting at 7:30am
- Course Closes 8:15am
- Forerunners 8:25am
- Race begins 8:30am
- Second Run will begin approximately 1 hour after first run concludes
- Awards will be held approximately 30 min after race conclusion
